I just installed Coldfusion 9 and noticed HTMLEditFormat() does not work anymore as it used to be. When I passed the string "” in to HTMLEditFormat() function, and it returns me the same string without whatsoever change.I’m not sure if it is only in my installation or that is something to do with new coldfusion version 9 altogether.
